Personal Philosophy
After 15 years of leading and scaling organizations, I’ve come to believe this:
What we try to solve with hard skills is often a deeper call for personal growth in how we relate, communicate, and lead.
That’s why I created Green Tara Leadership. I wanted to offer the kind of space I wish I’d had: one where leaders can develop the emotional depth, relational skills, and inner clarity needed to lead courageously, while still holding the weight of running teams and companies.
The name is inspired by my time living in Bhutan, where I was introduced to Green Tara, a figure in Buddhist tradition known for her courage, wisdom, and compassion.
She represents the ability to act from deep intuition — something I believe every great leader must cultivate. These are the values I now work to grow in others across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

Our Starting Point
I grew up in Europe and the U.S. and I am proud of my Vietnamese roots. Fifty years after my family left Vietnam, I’ve made the country and region my home — and the focus of my life’s work.
I combine my global experience with deep cultural care and understanding for Vietnam and the region.
My experiences taught me how to connect, influence, and lead from within. Now, I’m honored to support other leaders in doing the same.
Our Head Facilitator
Executive Leader, Operator, and Transformation Coach
I bring over a decade of operating and leadership in high-growth organizations. I was trained in the world-renowned “Interpersonal Dynamics Course” (also known as “Touchy Feely”) on leadership soft skills at Stanford Business School, which I later applied during my time as a VC Investor at Monk’s Hill Ventures and as an Operator in high-growth, scale-up companies.
As former Director of Product and member of the Executive Team at Glints (the largest HR-tech startup in Southeast Asia), I helped to scale the company from Series B to Series D, from 70 to 1000 employees, and to achieve 1.5-2x revenue growth YoY.
But what I am most proud of is building several of the highest performing, strongest retention teams in the company and seeing my reports grow into many key leadership roles.
My personal journey spans many cultures, disciplines, and functions. These experiences have taught me how to influence and connect deeply with almost anyone, and how to follow my inner guidance. Skills I now work with my clients to develop.
Program Manager
Operator, Builder, and Connector
Phuong is our Program Manager and Green Tara Leadership’s first full-time hire, where her role involves deepening and accelerating our impact across Program Operations, Go-To-Market, and Alumni Engagement. She brings a history of forging and following her own path: an early alum of Minerva University, she studied in six countries over four years. A former founder herself, she co-founded MỞ - Mơ và Hỏi, one of the largest cohort-based learning education platforms in Vietnam, right after graduating.
Phuong brings ownership, a commitment to excellence, and genuine heart and soul for this work. She deeply believes in the power of human transformation, and walks the talk in the choices she makes and the way she shows up every day. She is a two-time alumna of the GTL Circle program — having joined our very first Circle cohort in Vietnam and again in our signature ILC program — and has believed in our mission from the very start.
