Personal Philosophy
After 15 years of leading and scaling organizations, I’ve come to believe this:
What we try to solve with hard skills is often a deeper call for personal growth in how we relate, communicate, and lead.
That’s why I created Green Tara Leadership. I wanted to offer the kind of space I wish I’d had: one where leaders can develop the emotional depth, relational skills, and inner clarity needed to lead courageously, while still holding the weight of running teams and companies.
The name is inspired by my time living in Bhutan, where I was introduced to Green Tara, a figure in Buddhist tradition known for her courage, wisdom, and compassion.
She represents the ability to act from deep intuition — something I believe every great leader must cultivate. These are the values I now work to grow in others across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

Executive Leader, Operator, and Coach
I bring over a decade of operating and leadership in high-growth organizations. I was trained in the world-renowned “Interpersonal Dynamics Course” on leadership soft skills at Stanford Business School, which I later applied during my time as a VC Investor at Monk’s Hill Ventures and as an Operator in high-growth, scale-up companies.
As former Director of Product and member of the Executive Team at Glints (the largest HR-tech startup in Southeast Asia), I helped to scale the company from Series B to Series D, from 70 to 1000 employees, and to achieve 1.5-2x revenue growth YoY.
But what I am most proud of is building several of the highest performing, strongest retention teams in the company and seeing my reports grow into many key leadership roles.
My personal journey spans many cultures, disciplines, and functions. These experiences have taught me how to influence and connect deeply with almost anyone, and how to follow my inner guidance. Skills I now work with my clients to develop.
What stands Tara apart is her deep perceptiveness, her natural inclination towards meaningful connection, and her unmasked compassion. In practice, this manifests as the ability to repeatedly cultivate high performance in new teams she leads. She understands high-performing teams aren't willed into existence; rather they are cultivated through a layering of conditions, of which trust and connection is the bedrock. This doesn't mean that she shies from difficult decisions; in fact, she actively seeks them out for they are the long-term most compassionate thing she can do for everyone involved.
